ABOUT KODEC
A small team accountable for the whole system.
Kodec started in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, after we kept seeing good businesses lose opportunities because their website, content and operations never worked together. We now design and build those systems for clients in Latin America, the United States and Europe, with named owners and visible progress at every stage.
The people responsible for the work
No anonymous delivery team and no account layer between you and the people making decisions. Every project moves through strategy, design, development and content with a named owner.
- 01
Francesco Sierchio
CEO and founder · Strategy, design and development
Sets the direction of each project: which problem comes first, how the solution should work and what evidence will show progress. He remains involved in the design and development of key projects.
- 02
Nellyanni Arias
Designer and developer · Interface design and web development
Turns business requirements into interfaces people can understand, then carries those decisions from design into production code.
- 03
Rafael Arciniega
Developer · Business systems and admin tools
Builds the operational layer: dashboards, business rules, integrations and the data controls that keep a system consistent.
- 04
Julio Reyes
Audiovisual content · Video, graphics and social content
Produces the visual material around each brand, from video and campaign assets to the content that keeps the business visible.
- 05
Víctor Rodríguez
Developer · Web and application development
Builds websites, ecommerce and applications with close attention to speed, accessibility and the details that shape conversion.
How we work
Four rules that make the work easier to evaluate before, during and after delivery.
- Evidence before opinion
- Each engagement starts with a documented audit. Priorities come from the business and its users, not from whichever tactic is currently fashionable.
- Claims we can support
- We show what was built and how it works. If a result comes from the client, we identify it; if we cannot verify a number, we do not use it.
- The client owns the system
- Code, data, accounts and access belong to the business. We do not take a sales commission or hold the project inside a rented template.
- Progress stays visible
- Work moves through written decisions, review points and working releases. Delivery opens the measurement and improvement phase instead of ending the relationship in a handoff folder.
The work is more useful than a promise
Every published case comes from a real project. We document the operating constraint, what Kodec built and whether the work is still live.
