kodec.agency is operated by Kodec Agency (“Kodec”), a strategy, design, development and software agency.

Kodec works remotely with clients outside Venezuela. It has no branch, subsidiary or establishment in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States.

You agree to use this website lawfully. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt to reach restricted systems or data, or use its forms to send false, offensive or automated content. We may block or disregard requests that breach these conditions.

The Kodec name, the website design, text, graphics and code belong to Kodec or are used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Substantial reproduction for commercial purposes requires written authorization.

Client names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify work performed.

Content on this website is informational and is not a contractual offer. Kodec does not publish prices or investment ranges as commercial commitments. Scope, investment, timing and deliverables are defined in a written proposal after the initial audit.

Case studies describe real projects. Where an outcome comes from a client report, it is identified as such and is not a guarantee of future results.

We work to keep information accurate and current, but the website is provided as is and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Kodec is not responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of informational content, or for third-party websites, services or policies reached from here.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bolívar state.

This choice does not remove protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement. If you deal with us as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protections of your country continue to apply.
